CAN I USE SPOTIFY OR OTHER STREAMING SERVICES?
This is a very common question these days. Unfortunately these apps is for personal use only. It says it clearly in their T&Cs; (seriously though, who reads T&Cs…….we do, for you.). You CANNOT use them in a commercial environment even with your PRS site license.
Also, you get zero customer support or freedom to create and manage your music. We give you a tonne of functionality that any professional company, serious about their brand, needs.
WHAT ABOUT AN IPOD OR TABLET?
This is the same as above, if you purchased your music from i-Tunes, etc. These are strictly for personal use. There are certain exemptions. If you are unsure, give a call, we are happy to chat.
We are independent of the licensing bodies, so we can give you impartial and accurate advice.
CAN I USE MY OWN HARDWARE?
Of course you can. We are one of the only companies we know, that offer a cloud-based system with an app that works with Android and IOS, meaning you can utilise your existing equipment.
All you will need is one of our commercially designed robust music players that comes included with the price and is replaced free of charge if it goes wrong.
(This only applies to 3+ year contracts)
